What is the Oeste Association?
In January 2009, five stationery specialty stores in Western Japan launched the "Oeste (Spanish for West) Association" with the theme of "Let's blow a wind of stationery from Western Japan."
Currently, it consists of 11 representative stationery specialty stores from Kyoto to Kagoshima in Western Japan, and develops various products.
