What is Oeste-kai?
In January 2009, five stationery specialty stores in Western Japan established "Oeste-kai" (Oeste means West in Spanish) with the theme of "Let's bring a wave of stationery from Western Japan."
Currently, it consists of 11 leading stationery specialty stores from Kyoto to Kagoshima, and develops various products.
