This notebook uses "MD Paper," the ultimate paper that we have been developing in-house since the 1960s, and is made with a focus on quality, such as being resistant to bleed-through and feathering even when writing with a fountain pen.
MD notebooks do not have a cover, so there is no issue with the notebook not opening flat or wobbling, which can happen when a cover is attached. Since it uses thread-stitched binding, the notebook opens 180 degrees completely flat, providing a stress-free writing experience.
Compared to regular MD notebooks, it is thinner and easier to carry.
There are now four sizes: Bunkobon size, Shinshobon size, A5 size, and the new A7 size.
