This is a refill for OHTO water-based ballpoint pens.
The pen tip uses ceramic, providing lasting stability against rust and a smooth writing experience. Thanks to a unique structure that eliminates the need for a cap even with water-based ink, we have developed a refill that is extremely resistant to drying out.
