This masking tape encapsulates the world of "Viento del Oeste" (Wind of the West), a story written for the Oeste Association by illustrator Aya Goto.
【What is the Oeste Association?】
In January 2009, five stationery stores from Western Japan formed the "Oeste (Spanish for West) Association" with the theme "Let's bring a stationery breeze from Western Japan."
Today, it comprises 11 leading stationery stores from Kyoto to Kagoshima in Western Japan, and they develop a variety of products.
