These are the ALLEX Slim series scissors from Hayashi Cutlery, a company founded in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a world-renowned production center for cutlery.
The blades are very thin, making it easy to see where you want to cut, and since they are made of stainless steel, they are very light and easy to carry.
There are three sizes available (blade lengths of 35mm, 48mm, and 60mm).
All grips are black.
